Why This Workshop Matters
Today’s teens are facing pressure from school, friendships, social media, family expectations, and everyday stress. This workshop gives youth a safe, encouraging space to learn that stress does not have to control their story.
Through real conversation and practical tools, participants will learn how to identify stress, manage emotions, build resilience, and strengthen confidence.

Community Care Kits
The EmpowerHer Circle is also creating care kits to support young girls in the community. These kits will be shared through schools, community events, workshops, and outreach efforts.
