Thank you for shopping with The EmpowerHer Circle. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our apparel and merchandise items are produced and shipped through third-party fulfillment partners, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Preference for a different color or style
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to determine an appropriate resolution.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Orders lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.

Because our products are often processed quickly through third-party fulfillment providers, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered production.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues or customer preference changes.
