Thank you for shopping with us. We partner with third-party fulfillment and printing providers to create and ship our apparel products. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

All orders are made and fulfilled through our trusted third-party production partners. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Times

After processing, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–15 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or production partner requirements.

Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim when applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our apparel products are made to order through third-party fulfillment partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Customer preference
